They were all knowledgeable, but super caring about this procedure which is, or could be, a nerve racking experience.  They made it a thorough, not a rushed, check up with time for questions and explanations.... (On surgery day) there were caring and calm voices that explained everything that was going on which was not only good to hear but reassuring becuase i never felt left "out of the loop."  Dr. Bouvier saw me on a Saturday morning (before he went to a first communion) which showed me his dedication to his job.  He is a wonderful man/doctor whose true caring shines through his job.  He explains things and is an easy doctor to talk to...I can wake up in the morning and see!...I can run and feel the rain on my face and still see clearly.  (LASIK/PRK) is a procedure I have thought about for over 10 years.  Turning 40 made me say "I am doing something for myself."  I am so glad I did.  I truly appreciate the learning that Dr. Bouvier had to aquire to become such a great doctor in his field.  I hope i can bring that sense of working hard to accomplish what interests you to my first grade class (that I teach).  Dr. Bouvier has a gift in life and he is truly using it.  May we all be as good with thte gifts we have to giove others.  Thank you (Dr. Bouvier) for such a life altering experience.  I am blessed to be in your care and am thankful for your hard work and dedication.  You are not only a doctor, you are a wondeful person who shares you talent with others every day.
